One of the worst dentists offices ever!! Dr. Frost was the best ever since he left this business it has gotten worse and worse! They took another patient after I made my appointment because I was 10 min late. It's a beach town theres always traffic! I come from 25 min away and to find out when I walk in that they have my appointment away because I was late and now I have to reschedule is insane to me! Worst customer service ever!! Alright so I don’t really like the dentist I haven’t been to one in a while. I had a pretty bad cavity so I needed a root canal. Ok so I set the appointment. I must say staff I pretty great. Very caring and understanding but I’m still very upset. I had no pain no abscess in my tooth. On the day of the root canal I sat in the chair and the procedure began. Everything was going smooth then all of a sudden after an hour I was told there was nothing the dentist could do. She was unable to complete the root canal. I needed to see... read more
I absolutely love everything about this place. Dr G, the hygienist, receptionist, assistant and ALL the staff are kind professional and seem to take pride in what they do! I have had a few problems from past dental work and Dr G fixed everything wonderfully. Being pregnant was also worrisome needing to get work done but all of the staff went above and beyond to make me feel at ease and comfortable! Awesome place and will highly recommend!
Well I think most people are nervous when it comes to needles especially in the mouth so getting this push for me was well overdue. I felt comfortable upon arriving, its clean and the staff is very friendly. They are informative and my dentist Dr. Skinner is fabulous. He made me feel pretty again fixing my front cap from hanging low. I definitely recommend this office to others. Thanks again to the staff & Dr. Skinner your awesome!!!!
Was going here for years until most recently when I tried to book a routine cleaning appointment and was told I HAD to have X-Rays done at my cleaning even though I am pregnant. I told the receptionist I do not feel comfortable having X-rays done while I’m pregnant and she told me that pregnant women still get X-RAYS. This is NOT common practice as it is not necessary while pregnant and specifically not necessary if you are not having problems with your teeth.
