horrendous experience, was told 4 of my son's teeth needed work. on return visit suddenly 8 teeth now need work! Dentist was rude, yelled in my face upon being questioned about change in amount of work . Beyond unprofessional. will tell everyone I know NOT to use this company. just Disgraceful
I had a terrible experience. I went there for my 12 year old son to get a cleaning and stated to the dental hygienist that I did not want x rays. She said our company policy is that you have to get x rays ( hmm, so they can get more money I suppose). She said “then I can’t clean his teeth and shut the door on our faces. I have never been treated like this in my entire life. I called the office manager and advised her of the appalling behavior and it appeared she could haved cared less.
I love how they work with you with scheduling apts. They understand we are all human and are busy. I went for a cleaning on 9/28 and Nicole was super amazing!!!
This place is horrible they do a terrible job caring for their patients especially if you are in pain and do a crappy crown work jobs!!!
I wouldn't go anywhere else. All the girls are very sweet and have great personalities. They do great dental work too. 😉
