Friendly and Professional staff. It's amazing how technology has changed from when we used to go to our neighborhood dentist. Bedside manner, technology, ultra knowledgeable and friendly staff. Going to the dentist isn't what it used to be. Thank you Dental Care Hillsborough for a fantastic experience and the comfort to know that I found my new "neighborhood " dentist.
The best office ive ever been to, hands down. I have had treatment ranging from a filling to an implant and both Dr. Hochstein and Dr. Amanda are incredible. They are so kind and genuine that they made it easy to have my treatment done. More important is that my 3 yr old had his very first dental visit here and it was nothing short of amazing. Joanna was awesome with him and it was such a poitive experience that he still asks to go back to see her!!
By far, this has been my best dental experience ever. Im a bit apprehensive when it comes to going to the dentist but Dr. Hochstein and Joanna make it a positive experience for me . Every one else in the office are very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend making this your dental office.
Be prepared to be bombarded with their monthly advertising. It doesnt matter if U ask them ahead not to send any junk mail (like i did), it doesnt matter if Ure only getting an estimate there - their junk mail WILL be littering Ur mailbox with no way out of it. They put their agressive advertising techniques ahead of customer service. Sad..
It's just like going to a timeshare event all they are trying to do is upsell
Drs. Amanda Hochstein and Jeff Hochstein deserve this rating. Together the Drs. Hochstein worked with me to get successfully through a complicated periodontal procedure and have my forever thanks. Staff in Hillsborough are very caring and accommodating also- thank you all.
Every time my family and I come here we are overcharged for the services performed. This has happened on many occasions now. Even when asked to check the system to ensure we are paying the correct amount, they fail to do that. They like to assume your insurance does not cover items and hope you do not bother to double check when you get your insurance statements. Getting a refund from these people is incredibly difficult. Not the way to run a business. Absolutely despicable business practice.
The office staff are beyond wonderful I was so nervous to come but they told me the doctors were so gentle with everything!!!
