DECEPTIVE ADVERTISING I came in to receive as advertised a CLEANING a DR exam and a set of XRAYS for a total of $79. They refused to give me the cleaning (as i should have guessed) 79$ to good to be true! It was! They said i had a bad area that needed a deep cleaning and antibiotics. The price then shot to to $204 I said no. Just give me a reg cleaning as advertised and i will consider the extra treatment afteri had time to research their findings/claims and maybe next time. Dr. Stormy and her assistant were so welcoming and entertaining. They took the time to answer all of my questions and gave me a blanket to keep warm. Teeth are fixed and I’m happy!
I am from out of town and do not have a DDS in Florida. I also don't have dental insurance. When I reached out to Dental Care at Wellen Park I was immediately treated like I was very important to them. Jackie got me an appointment right away. Jackie and her staff were outstanding! Everyone was so friendly, welcoming, and kind. Isa was my dental tech and she was incredible! She walked me through all of the planned procedures, including costs, before we started. My hygienist was friendly, thorough, and genuinely cared about my health. She identified a small cavity that the dentist was able to immediately address. The billing was well explained and reasonable. I would highly recommend Wellen Dental.
