This was our first experience with this dental practice and it went pretty well. The only improvement I would recommend would be to have someone at the front desk anytime that the office is open. We arrived 10 minutes early and we weren’t checked in until after our appointment time because there was no one at the front desk. Maybe staggering lunch times for those team members or asking the back office to cover when they have to step away would be more appropriate and timely.
Professionalism of staff, cleanliness of office and welcoming atmosphere. I am glad to have found them and highly recommend.
