I am a special case with underlying health conditions that require special attention before each visit. They were very patient with me when discussing my options to correct a partially broken bridge that I had since 2010. They were very patient and professional. The next the day after having a 3 part bridge removed, treated, and a new temporary bridge placed there is no swelling and no pain. They are my new dental family!
Office staff was nice however, I didn't have a great experience. I called to make an appointment and told them it had been several years since my last cleaning. When it came time for my appointment everything seemed to be going smoothly. After getting x-rays done and sitting in the chair for an hour, I was told I would need a deep clean and not a routine clean. It was going to cost $190 out of pocket. Absolutely loved my 1st visit, everyone from the front office to the Dental team was caring and professional. They were thorough with explaining my dental plan and procedures. I am glad that I chose Dental Care at Autumn Run.
This was my first visit to Dental Care at Autumn Run, and I was not disappointed. From the front desk to the the office staff who took care of payments! It is a well run dental office. I had work done at a previous office, And Doctor Wiseman actually listened to my issues.
