I like the dentist however, their front desk not so much. You would think being a long time patient matters, it doesn't not to them. They'd nickle n dime you despite rarely being late onky to bill you. What about them rarely cancelling your appointment on their end? Don't we get a free cancelation to be used for emergency? Nope they will hide behind its not on their policy. Outside of that they don't really offer any outside payment plans like I have been finding others provide. If I could give more than 5 stars to Dr. Chelsea Kuipers, I would! Earlier this summer my 8 year old granddaughter was here visiting from out of state. It was a Sunday evening and she got hit in the mouth by a large tree swing which nearly knocked out one of her front permanent teeth and really tore up her mouth. At the emergency room we were given the phone numbers of several dental groups who did emergency dental care. I used to love this place but not today. Lack of communication and You have to wait for the staff to do your stuff only to be told to do this and that not the actual appointment. Time wasted and yes never knew that you have to pay for a service not being done because you don't want to do it and they call it cancellation fee. Waste of time and money. Lessons Learned.
Dr. Kuipers, Stormy and Marley, well everyone there, they are all amazing!! I can say, because of them I'm not afraid to go to the dentist anymore! Best dentist in town! Have been going there for years now. Thank you so much for always making my visits easy! I appreciate all of you!
