Very professional
Horrible experience, money first, patient last mentality. The doctor is too lazy to fill out paperwork so I cant get a referral I need so I have to wait until someone else comes back from vacation for anyone to write down 7 words on a referral form for oral surgery. All that money they get paid but scribbling a single sentence so I can get the surgery I need is just asking too much, thats the office managers job apparently.
We’ve been going here for nearly 20 years. It’s a wonderful practice and they treat us like family.
Horrible experience. Dentist Shah rude & dismissively walked away from me as I was mid-sentence on his dental bed and refused to do my teeth cleaning saying ‘you must have not been to a dentist around here’. I didn’t know an X-ray was needed and I didn’t want one. So he was really rude and insisted on it and walked away when I was trying to understand why. Very patronizing and rude patient care
