Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Yes, they seemed like they wanted to be somewhere else Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Not at all. They were too arrogant to ask for any assistance, even though they knew it would help Was the waiting area spacious? Yes Did this dentist provide helpful oral health techniques you could practice at home? No, I wasn't given any helpful advice Was this dentist friendly? Not at all

Did you experience any unnecessary pain while your teeth were cleaned? Yes! It was absolutely excruciating Did you experience excessive oral pain after you left your appointment? No, I was in a little pain but it wasn't excessive Is this business handicap-accessible? Yes, it was handicap-accessible Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional Was this provider's office clean? Yes! I was amazed at how clean it was!

Yes, but it seemed extremely out-of-date Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Yes! I know that I would have gotten better service anywhere else!
