I’m so glad I found this office! My first visit was a wonderful experience, both Myra and Dr. Melissa were fantastic. The team was warm and welcoming, the office was clean and comfortable, and everything was explained thoroughly. The visit was efficient but never rushed, and I truly felt I was in knowledgeable, caring hands practicing best medicine.
Hygienists and doctor are great and nice during visits. The policy for maintaining appointments does not work for me. I'd prefer to pay a fee for not showing up than to have appts canceled or times changed if you don't reply to all of the automated calls and messages. I've had both happen and can't keep up with a busy schedule. Hope that changes one day; it was close to my home!
Dr Hayer did a great job explaining everything to me and found issues that I wasn’t even aware of. And Maggie, his dental assistant did an amazing job. Kara, the dental hygienist did her job really well too! They have some very cool equipment. They know prevention!! Thank you for gentle care and for listening so well to my concerns!
The staff is very friendly and efficient in their jobs. Dr. Hayer and Mayra were great and I look forward to my next visit.
