Let me start off saying I am a REAL person. I have been going to this office since they first opened. I actually met them when i as going to pick up a pizza next door. I walked in with questions and everyone was so nice and polite. I was vert petrified of dentist because I've had bad experiences in the past. I went ahead and scheduled an appointment and I am so thankful that I did. I absolutely LUV Dr.Tu. She is the greatest of all time. She is very sweet and very professional. Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude. Does this provider remember you by name? Sometimes, but not always Did this dentist answer all of your questions? No, I left confused and frustrated Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? No, I left with more problems than I came with! Was the chair you sat in during your dental procedure comfortable? Yes, it was comfortable

The dentist and staff were so friendly and accommodating. I have never felt more welcome at a dental appointment! I will definitely recommend them to people I know. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while.

Was this provider's office too loud? Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet Was the water they used during your teeth cleaning a comfortable temperature? Absolutely!
