Dr Paternick and staff consistently deliver a warm and welcoming atmosphere. I'm very happy that Dr. Snyder has joined the practice...she fits right in. I just had my first crown done, something I was dreading, and I am pleased beyond words with the experience. Karen and Dr Snyder were wonderful. I continue to sing the praises of this office and am so happy to be a patient here.
I am always greeted by a friendly staff and fantastic service. They make it easy to return. Wish the doctor was a bit more smiley though but guess I pay for his work not his personality. It would be nice to be offered earphones.
