Overall quality customer service and care. And really impressed with every representative's consistent stellar patience and professionalism.
Unprofessional staff, and the priority is finding procedures that insurance will approve regardless of clinical need. I reported this office to my insurance company. If your priority is helping a dentist meet their BMW payment, this is the place for you. If it is ethical, quality care, go elsewhere.
I've been going there for 10 plus years
I had to lie in the chair for THREE HOURS with very little attention . The female attendant appeared and gave me a SALES PITCH sounding like a used car salesman ! They basically tried to avoid cleaning my teeth and tried to charge me 850 . for that ! They love to X Ray you and bill insurance. Avoid this place ! It’s not SAFE !
One of the most unprofessional dental offices I’ve ever stepped into. My appointment was set early in the morning and had around an hour-an hour and half of sitting in the lobby(30m)/dental chair(45m~1h) with no assistance. Be aware and ensure that you don’t miss the number of 1 star reviews of this particular establishment.
