I meet Dr. Ryan today 12/8/202 by far he was a huge disappointment. came in the room without even introducing himself, didn't even bother to look at my x-rays and when I told him about my concerned he had the audacity to asked me why did I make a appointment when I didn't have any pain, after I told him multiple times that the pain comes and goes on my root canal. RecommendedAfter a few bumps in the road on getting my dentures I spoke with the Practice Manager Missy. She was determined to make sure I was taken care of and had a great experience. Missy assigned me a new dentist, Dr. Galarraga, and he was great. His dental assistants, Kim and Linda, were awesome. They listened to all of my complaints and assured me the Dr. Galarraga would listen as well. Today I was seen, they are currently only open for emergency dental work. With the pain and stuff I had going on which was a combination of several different things leading to my issues. Although it wasn't an immediate emergency like I had thought it was originally, the Dentist here made me feel extremely valued. He did a lot of work he didn't need to under these circumstances and I believe he did it to make me feel like I mattered. They’re open late, and on Saturdays. I just saw Dr. Emilio for a root canal, and he was amazing! He has a great personality, and I didn’t feel an ounce of pain. Throughout the procedure, he continually asked how I was doing. I recommend him to everyone.. even those who are so afraid of the dentist. I’ll be spreading the word.
I just really like this place they are convient and I never really have a problem getting in to see my dentist at all. yes good place to go.

I don't know her name yet, but the Hispanic Hygienist who was going to clean my teeth, was extremely rude. She talked very loud to me in a "I'm in charge of you" tone of voice and cadence. Giving orders instead of asking. She then talked loudly about my negative dental health so everyone in the area could hear my confidential information. This is a violation of patient privacy. Everyone is so sweet and helpful!! 2 thumbs up for Dr.Maki!! Our whole family drives over an hour just to visit the dentist and his team!
