Friendly knowledgeable staff. Low turnover. A bunch of perfectionists. Everything you want in a dental staff.
Today we took my son (3.5 years old) for his first visit to the dentist. The staff, from the receptionist to the hygienist to the dentist, were all were very professional and did a great job of connecting with my son and putting him at ease. The hygienist talked him through everything she was doing, explained all the instruments, and made him comfortable. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and I would highly recommend Dr. Freedman's practice as a place to take a child for a first dental visit.
