poor office practice in scheduling appointments.
I have been extremely pleased with everything about my experience with the Dental Associates of Hershey office and I can be a tough person to satisfy. The office staff is always smiling and friendly. My hygienists are friendly and efficient and Dr. Gustafson is good, and funny! I was shocked once to get a filling immediately following an appointment with no need to take another day of mine a week later. Above all, I've been most pleased with their scheduling. RecommendedVery friendly staff. I was very pleased by my experience at this dentist office.
Front desk associate was rude. Ignored us when we arrived and I stood waiting to ask a question but they were too busy on the phone and the other assistant was on a computer. I had my new insurance cards to show them but they waived me away. Once my children were done we went to check out and were told they don't take our new insurance. I paid $381 for 2 cleanings for my children. Last year Dr. Morgan refused to sign the school paper showing they had been seen.
