RecommendedI recently had to have an extraction and, two weeks later, a root canal and crown. The entire staff does not treat you like just "another patient". From the time you walk through the door, during your treatment and checking out they treat you like family! I had a dental emergency today. I was a new patient I called the office at noon and they were able to get me in at 2 I saw Dr Hobbs. The staff was very friendly I had to originally schedule for an extraction for his next available on Tuesday While waiting to check out they had a cancellation and were able to do it today! Thanks to Dr Hobbs assistant for mentioning me and knowing I wanted this tooth out today and offering to let me take that cancellation slot and extract my painful tooth today! Worst experience I have ever had. They tried to charge me a service that they didnt even treat me for, all they did was do a basic cleaning (which is covered by my insurance). They said it was a charge for a maintenance, well you have to provide the initial treatment before you can even discuss maintenance. When i questioned them about it, their only response was either pay for it or find a different provider. That was an easy decision. I would NOT reccomend ever going here.
