The receptionist is very rude! I sent a request about a month and a half ago and she is still saying that she has not completed it. I asked her to simply take a pic of it and send it to me and she can't even do that. She is putting everyone else ahead of what I asked for over a month ago. Very rude, inconsiderate, and obnoxious.
