They lied and told me my insurance was accepted by them, so I had xrays and a teeth cleaning done. Then i got a $500 bill in the mail from them. It was a red flag that they were not able to give me a number before I had the cleaning done.
I can’t say enough great things about this dental office. I’ve been coming here for a few years and have had everything from cleanings to a couple of surgical procedures, and every experience has been excellent. Dr. Bowersox is fantastic, she’s thorough, reassuring, and always takes the time to explain everything. Jenny is just as amazing. She is so kind, gentle, and great at making you feel comfortable. Excellent !!!!!! They were able to remove my son’s tooth without him even noticing. The absolute best.
Had such a great experience with Dr. Bowersox and her entire staff. I’ve always been a bit nervous at the dental office, but they communicated so well throughout, and made me feel overall comfortable and taken care of. Highly recommend.
