Stay Away. Worst experience ever at a dental practice. You are not treated like a parient, you're herded like cattle. It's a big business where clearly the profit is the number one priority. The staff do not communicate and there is no consistency in how they accept flex spending accounts. I wouldn't take my dog or cat to this place.
STAY AWAY!!! One of the worst experiences of my life. I left my original dentist when I took on my husbands insurance. I didn't realize I could continue there out of network so I switched to Dental Associates. They clearly do not care about their patients comfort and have terrible bedside manner. The dentist I saw must get some joy out of others pain. (I went there for a root canal) I had one done at my previous (again current) dentist and it was painless.
