Teeth cleaning isn't always the most favorite of the Dental Profession patients!! BUT I had a very good experience at Northland on Monday, 13 Feb. I was there for teeth cleaning and/or remarks as to there might be some possible teeth issues we might discuss later in the Spring. I was very pleased with the results and the kindness I always find at Northland Dental. Thank you all. Jan
1. Office has an "old fashioned" warm and welcoming feel with reassuring high-tech treatment equipment. 2. Administrative staff seemed to already know even new patients like myself, and had all paperwork prepared and organized for a stress-free introduction to the practice. 3. The exam room, like the waiting room, was scaled to the particular service with one or two pieces of comfortable and familiar furniture. Dr. Peters, Michelle, and Donna are wonderful. I relocated to Austin and needed a fix for a high maintenance tooth. I'm so glad I found their office on Yelp and they lived up to all of their great reviews! The people are kind, gentle, and caring. There is plenty of free parking around the building, and the view from the chair is peaceful and entertaining. The windows let in natural light and a glimpse of nature or you can mindlessly enjoy a TV that swivels in front of you. I'm looking forward to going back!
Linda was so wonderful. I came in it's super anxious and not looking forward to my visit, but Linda broke everything down in a logical way without any judgmental opinions. It really changed my perspective on what dental care can be. I will be referring everyone I know to Northland Dental Studio. Additionally, thank you Donna for being so lovely and welcoming.
A 4 only because they had an emergency and I had taken off to be there - no really their fault. I was just there to pick up a night guard. All went very quickly once I got in. Very courteous. Donna brought me a glass of water while I waited - a normal offering - and everyone is always very attentive. I'm happy with The Studio!
Nice & professional technician - no pain, gave pointers on how to improve my brushing.
