I appreciate the staff at Dental Arts so much. Every experience I have had there has been comfortable, no matter what procedure I have had. Going to the dentist has never been so good!!!!!
Worked with Brittany doing periodontal maintenance cleaning. She does excellent work and is personable to deal with. Dr. Ott did my exam and she makes it a good experience. She does good work and always remains upbeat! I would recommend this team!!
I had my 6 month cleaning with Brittany and it couldn’t have gone better! From checking in at the front desk with the friendly staff to checking out, the entire experience was very positive. The staff is so professional and efficient. I highly recommend Dental Arts.
Jessica always takes good care of my teeth. She recommended that I get my teeth cleaned 3 times a year because of my plaque buildup and it has helped to keep my teeth and gums in good shape. She is also friendly and personable. I don't mind getting my teeth cleaned at all.
I had a very good experience with Kirsten as my technician (?). We had several great conversations in-between mouth opening periods. She explained what she was doing and why both during x-ray and cleaning. She also gave me tips to keep my teeth and gums in good shape so I can continue on my once a year schedule.
First of all, when I checked in at the desk at Dental Arts Clinic, the desk receptionist, Dawn was very cordial and welcoming. My appt. was on time with Kim, the dental hygienist. She is a very pleasant and friendly person. She allowed me to make the choice if I wanted dental x-rays which I allowed. After the x-rays, she then proceeded with the cleaning which I thought was completed very thoroughly. My usual dentist is off on Tuesdays. I’ve been to many dental offices but this dentistry is the absolute best by far!! Dr. Ott is awesome! She’s personable, upbeat and thorough. She speaks to you like you’re an old friend not just another patient. Every hygienist I’ve had are also great. They genuinely care about you and explain things as they go about cleaning your teeth. I’ve had hygienists that cleaned my teeth and were so rough that my mouth hurt for several days! I usually dread going to the dentist but this dental office is a joy to go to. Jessica did a great job of cleaning my teeth. Very thorough and explained what was needed going forward to make sure my teeth and gums remained in great shape.
