Dental Arts rechecked their schedule frequently to help accommodate back to back appointments. By moving my first appointment closer to my second, I was able to get both a filling and a cleaning in the same day with only a small wait time between. Extremely helpful for a busy schedule. Staff was very friendly and professional.
Kelly was very thorough and explained what she was seeing when I mentioned one tooth that was a little sensitive Dr. Dooroff was friendly and gentle and encouraging.
VERY FRIENDLY GREETING AND BANTER WHEN i CAME IN FOR MY APPOINTMENT. THE CLEANING WAS ALSO EQUALLY PLEASANT. TECHNICIANS SEEM TO BE VERY FRIENDLY AND EFFICIENT AND THE DOCTORS ARE CALMING AND THOROUGH.
I was treated in a very friendly and respectful manner by both the doctor and his assistant Jodi. If you can call visiting the dentist enjoyable, it was. They are both very knowledgeable and willing to help in any way. I would recommend them to everyone I know.
I love going somewhere new and seeing such happy people. Everyone was exceptional and professional. You definitely tell they love their jobs.
Dr. Lampi took a lot of time to thoroughly explain all of my cracked tooth issues and options. His expertise was obvious and appreciated.
I am a little slow in sending my review. I recently had a appt. with Dr. Lampi to check part of a tooth that had broken off. I thought the appt. would just be for a evaluation, but Dr. Lampi had time to repair the tooth that day. I really have much appreciation for his dental work & also appreciate his dental asst., Terri. I have always found Dental Arts to have very pleasant personnel & Cheryl, the receptionist is always very pleasant & accomodating.
Jessica is wonderful!!! She is always so professional and her caring personality makes the time fly by so quickly. She genuinely cares about us and helps us make good decisions in our dental care. She makes us look forward to our next cleaning because we know she will take good care of us.
An unusual thing happened when I was at "Dental Arts". The Dentist would tell me exactly what she was doing, I find that very comforting in what was really going on. I am very happy with the out come. I was told that either the tooth would be pulled or have a root canal and a crown. I asked for a filing and that is exactly what was done; with the Dentist making sure the filing would last a long time. Thank you Dental Arts.
