We moved into the area over a year and a half ago and have spent the time establishing new doctors, specialists, etc., and dentists who are in network with my medical/dental plan. From the reviews, it looked like Dental Arts of Windsor was "right" for us so, in August, we made our initial appointments. Above and beyond service. If you need dental work Dr Barry is the BEST!
My family and I have been going to Dental Arts of Windsor for several years now. We have seen a decline in service over the last year. It is very frustrating to not be able to get a hold of the office directly. An answering service answers the phone and it takes at least five minutes to get your question answered. Also, we have found it very frustrating that one dental hygienist in particular really pushes for you to buy extra treatments. We have been charged for things that we did not receive, like fluoride.
