I am writing this to thank Dr. Lindl for taking care of my urgent tooth ache the other day. He was able to fit me into his schedule the same day. He diagnosed the problem and took care of it. I also want to thank him for being so compassionate and caring whenever I have dental work done. I have seen Dr. Lindl for over 5 years and have had no problems. Great service and very friendly staff.
Stay away from these dentists. They only care about the money. They ruined my teeth. I mean I went for an extraction and now I need $50,000 in implants just for my uppers. I am going to file a complaint with Consumer Affairs and Dental Board. I am also speaking with a malpractice attorney regarding their substandard care. The provisionals they made are ugly and always break. They explained nothing about my options, they just tried to push incredibly expensive implants. They don’t care about the patient. I have been going to Dental Arts for over 6 years now. I had a very unpleasant experience the last time I went. The hygienist who took care of me was extremely rude and insinuated that my insurance would not be covering my check up. Due to my recent age change, after insulting my intelligence and my reassurance she stated “okay we don’t want any surprises” in a extemely condescending tone. If you have ANY intention of having IV Anestesia or sedation at this office -PLEASE READ- I met with Dr Reisman Sept 26th. I was in horrible pain from a lower k9 (#27) that's THROBBING. Dr Reisman's bedside manner left much to be desired, repeatedly tapping on the tooth despite the fact that I was already curled up in a ball, w/ tears In my eyes.
