Every interaction I have with staff at Dental Arts is always a pleasure. The front desk, hygienists, and doctors are all very nice. If you want to go to a dentist where everyone cares about you having a pleasant experience than you found your dentist.

Every time I visit Dental Arts in Davis Square I appreciate the time staff take to explain things. So far I have experienced this with all of the staff, so I assume it is something you discuss/work on as a team. Good information and careful explanations are so important in medical care. I love Dental Arts. They always get me into my appointment on time, and Katie, the Dental Hygienist is the BEST. I've enjoyed meeting each Dentist, too. For someone who typically dislikes the dentist in general, I'm really happy to have found a comfortable place like Dental Arts.
Bernadette is simply the best! In addition to being an excellent dental hygienist, she is caring, flexible, takes the time to explain procedures and patient options, makes good suggestions, keeps up-to-date with her education and dental advancements etc. I feared and avoided going to the dentist for many, many years. It is because of Bernadette that I not only receive good dental care, but that I go to the dentist at all.
Katie is the best dental hygienist I have ever had. Very thorough and takes her time to explain things. I feel wonderful after my cleaning!!
