Great, friendly service, and very thorough communication. This was my first visit to a dentist in Cambridge, and picked Dental Arts through my provider, Aetna. I was lucky and got a same-day visit scheduled. I got right in at my scheduled time, and although I endured a full set of x-rays (standard with first cleaning), the cleaning and inspection was complete in about an hour. Good pre- and post-visit communication, and an overall great experience.

Really nice place. Everyone is really friendly and helpful. I got a really good cleaning from the dental assistant Audrey, she even let me listen to music I liked!! The staff seem very knowledgeable and it's a comfortable environment. I'm looking forward to my upcoming appointments. And I would recommend them to anyone. They really do their best to work with you when it comes to appointments and I didn't feel I was getting told I needed things done to my teeth that I really didn't.
