The billing front desk team is rude and unhelpful. She couldn’t figure out how to swipe my HSA card so now I need to spend hours figuring out how to get it reimbursed online cause I used my personal. I never use my HSA card and she insinuated it didn’t have enough funds.. when I checked later it had plenty of funds. The appointment went 30 mins over and the crown fit isn’t good. I’m not happy with my experience.
I first went to Dr. Azad after seeing another dentist who told me I needed to have two teeth extracted and replaced with implants. That recommendation didn’t sit right with me — it felt more like a business move than a medical one. I decided to get a second opinion, and I’m so glad I found Dr. Leila Azad. The best dental care I've ever received. Dr Azad is a perfectionist and a master of her craft. I've never seen such fantastic attention to detail, care, and precision. Beyond the good doctor herself—her staff—from the front desk to the techs are all world-class. I'm happy to have found a doctor of such high calibre. Will continue to work with Dr Azad and recommend the practice to anyone I meet. For more context: I received aesthetic/reconstructive plus more routine work. Couldn't be happier with the process or the results.
I have been seeing Dr. Azad for about two years, and I have nothing but good things to say about my experience. On top of my routine cleanings/check-ups, Dr. Azad also oversaw my entire Invisalign process, which was extremely smooth from beginning to end.
