Very bizarre, condescending, and uncomfortable experience. The dentist kept berating the assistant in a harsh tone. It was a very tense atmosphere and no one seems to like their jobs. They insisted on taking a picture of my face to put "on file", and would hardly take no for an answer. They finally relented after the 10th no. You do not need a picture of me to clean my teeth. This was my first-time visit as a new patient to Dental Aesthetica. I booked the first appointment of the day, showed up early, and my appointment started 11 minutes late. One of the techs in scrubs spent her time gossiping with the receptionist and setting out flowers while the owner set out chocolate for clients.
