I had an appointment scheduled today at 9:00 am. I was on time for my appointment but no one was there and the front door was locked. I called the phone number on the door and was to hold for 10 minutes and someone would call me back. 9:30 rolls around and no returned phone call and the door was still locked. I called again and they confirmed I had an appointment and asked what they could do for me. At this point, I told them nothing. This place is incredible! We've been to both locations in mundelein and both are 5 star amazing! They're always so patient with my son who gets very nervous and cries. They're overly sweet and compassionate to him and always cater to his needs even when it's my appointment and he has to come with me. They're so kind and personable and easy to talk to. The dentists are gentle and explain everything well. I just love Dental 360 and everyone there that I've met! We will always be coming back
The best experience I've had so far at a Dentist. Dr. Ellen was patient and made sure I was comfortable. Realizing during the cleaning that I have sensitive front teeth she switched from an electric tool to using a hand tool to get the rest of my teeth cleaned. She was thoughtful during the process and taking the time to show me any details that I needed to know.
