Coming to this dental office, I was extremely nervous because of the reviews but it was the only office that was close by that accepted my insurance. Some of the frustrations about this office were wait times and aesthetic upkeep, I don’t really care for all that. If that is your concern and don’t have a lot of time in the day to spare, definitely consider other insurance options. This spot is absolutely terrible! Multiple reason but 1# has to be the wait. They don’t know how to coordinate time at all. This is the 3 time I arrive at 10 & didn’t even get looked at until 11:15. Came another day at 130, 2:26 and still haven’t seen the doctor yet. And not to mention the only reason I’m back here again is because they supposedly filled a cavity in my tooth but I can’t chew on that side another. I’ve been a loyal patient at this dental office for over 15 years, and while the quality of care has generally been good, I’ve noticed a decline in customer service over the years. During my recent visit, I encountered the new doctor, and unfortunately, the experience was less than satisfactory.
