Too many issues after my repair was done. After looking at the reviews looks like the quality of work has gone down hill. Roof lining not reinstalled correctly / poor workmanship more headache than it was worth.
John did a fabulous job and he goes the extra mile to serve his customers even when it is inconvenient. Dent Zone provides a fabulous 5 star car service that is second to none. I had a dent on the body line of my car, and this shop's attempt made it look worse. The panel is now bubbly, which another PDR technician suspected were push marks from aggressive metal pushing. The technician even told me the result was "better than expected." I'm giving two stars only because he refunded my money after I complained. Now I have no choice but to take my car to a body shop to have it properly repaired.
John was great to deal with, he fixed our dent quickly, he did an outstanding job. I highly recommend John.
