DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. I rarely leave reviews, but fully regret using Pro Dent LLC. I had hail damage to my car, and decided to have it repaired through them and my insurance. It took two full weekends and 5 days longer than originally quoted, and while they did a good job repairing the hail damage, they broke the headlight bracket in the meantime, and fully refuse to take responsibility for it (it had literally passed a state inspection the week of, which it now will fail due to the broken part, and no one else had touched ... read more
Just terrible. An inch long scratch turned into completely painting my door and blending paint into front panel and back door with the wrong color paint on my 2019 Cherokee. Painting done in a driveway. Dropped car off in the morning. It was never touched. I now have to have it professionally redone. I will be seeking legal damages for reimbursement. I’m am sick at the time spent and the horrible job done! Spent Friday getting quotes to fix - over $1,000 to repair!
