RecommendedI thought this was too good to be true...even a scam. Shaun handled everything. Even the insurance. They dropped off my rental on Thursday, picked up my truck. Got it back on Wednesday with no hail dents. Can say enough about them.
Though our initial experience was... unfortunate, dent Mavericks did everything they could to settle the issues. We greatly appreciate their honesty and transparency during this time and the way they worked so hard to make sure everything was right!
WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Honestly really wish we had never left our cars in their hands. My car sat "finished" for 8 days and no one called me or responded to the 4 voicemails I left. Then, after being told we wouldn't pay for the rental car, we received a $400 bill for... you guessed it! The rental car. There was NO communication at any point, my husbands car ended up not even being fixed. Horrible experience all the way around.
Up front honest work. Did a great job and delviered as promised. Daniel Rivera and Andrew Maltos were great. Daniel walked me through the process and there were no surprises.
Really liked Joe the rep. Handled claim easily. Done with the repair in 4 days. Great job!
I do not recommend dent Mavericks to anyone. My car was only 9 months old when they repaired the hail damage on my car. When I got my car back the outside looked very nice, but the inside all the clips were lose. When I drove my car you can hear a lot of rattling coming from the back. I took it back to them and they “fixed it”. They did get the rattling to stop, but did not fix all the clips. Some of the BEST service I've ever gotten at a vehicle shop! All staff members are ultra professional, the facility is very clean and the entire process was so simple! They picked up my car, handled everything with insurance and even provided a free loaner car. they fixed every single dent(there were a lot!) and even detailed it before I got my car back. Dent Mavericks are THE pros in this business!
BLOWN AWAY BY THE EXCELLENT SERVICE. My truck was terribly damaged in a recent hail storm, so I took my vehicle to Dent Mavericks after filing a claim. They paid for my insurance deductible and rental fees, which is unlike anyone else I've ever worked with previously. Seriously game changing business!
