0 Star : My Experience The job was done well but I was charged extra for a recalibration fee and was not informed prior to picking up the car. Also, I was supposed to receive text updates about the progress of the car but never did. I have to call multiple times to get information.

RecommendedI thought this was too good to be true...even a scam. Shaun handled everything. Even the insurance. They dropped off my rental on Thursday, picked up my truck. Got it back on Wednesday with no hail dents. Can say enough about them.
Though our initial experience was... unfortunate, dent Mavericks did everything they could to settle the issues. We greatly appreciate their honesty and transparency during this time and the way they worked so hard to make sure everything was right!
WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Honestly really wish we had never left our cars in their hands. My car sat "finished" for 8 days and no one called me or responded to the 4 voicemails I left. Then, after being told we wouldn't pay for the rental car, we received a $400 bill for... you guessed it! The rental car. There was NO communication at any point, my husbands car ended up not even being fixed. Horrible experience all the way around.
