Just had Charlie, a technician from Dent Group of VA, remove two dents from my car while I waited! The timing worked out for both of us to have them do the work while I was there. The results are remarkable - you can't tell it there was ever dent, and the customer service was outstanding. Todd, the general manager, and his team made me feel like a VIP. Highly recommend this place to everyone.
My seasoned experience has taught me to obtain multiple estimates for services/products which I might need, but after Todd at Dent Group showed me their work and demonstrated professionalism, I trusted them with my car repairs without seeking other quotes. Exceptional service! The free estimate process was incredibly straightforward and I received a fair price almost immediately. I have an extremely busy schedule and Todd was able to come out to my home for the repair. He was timely, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. They took care of my dent in under 30 minutes. Truly appreciative of the team and the outstanding work. Highly recommend!
