Amazing care and experience
I hadn’t been to the dentist for many years. I was dumb enough to wait until a wisdom tooth broke for me to go, and let me tell you I was nervous. But Dr. Maybusher was calm and helpful in explaining that I should get all 4 teeth extracted and referring me to an oral surgeon so I can get sedated for it. And my hygienist Aurelia was AMAZING. Very concerned with my comfort, even though the cleaning barely even hurt considering the years of built up plaque she got off. I’ve been going to this location for about 15 years total! They’ve always been welcoming and extremely helpful! Dr Thaiya* does amazing work. She’s fixed my chipped tooth twice and both times it has looked flawless! The hygienists, assistants and front desk staff are very pleasant and are good at what they do! Thank you guys for everything!
Really disappointed writing this review as I have been a patient at this office/establishment for awhile. I absolutely love my dentist and the hygienist is good however, the billing office practices are unacceptable. I received a $700.00+ bill in the mail after paying my portion 3months ago. When I reached out I was told "please ignore the letter, your insurance did not process the claim right....". I was also told there would be follow up regarding the reprocessing of my claim (that was 2 weeks ago and I have not heard anyt... read more
