Ken is all about customer service. I had to deal with a nasty dent after purchasing a car. I reached out, sent some pics, and we had everything resolved in less than 24 hours at a very reasonable price. Their shop is built around comfort (tv, coffee, cookies, etc.), and the quality of work is exceptional.
