All I can say is, "Amazing" and "Outstanding!" Rick is truly a surgeon when it comes to removing dents and dings - I had 12 and they have now disappeared. It is almost magical how he gets the results he does. He is also a perfectionist which is fine by me. For example, I had identified 5 or 6 obvious dings and dents - he found those and 5 - 6 more and fixed them all. Rick is the man you want to call for this type of paintless dent repair.
