Friendly, quick service I switched to Densows after waiting at a big store pharmacy for 20-30 minutes with a sick child for their medicine. There was no place to sit and it was miserable. Densows is small, the staff is friendly, and they seemed to work at getting my prescriptions out quicker when I had a sick child with me. I felt like they sympathized with me. The bonus of Densows is that they have a soda fountain area with ice cream and smoothies to soothe sore throats when "needed."
A long-standing family pharmacy For as long as I can remember my family has taken prescriptions to Densows to be filled. It isn't the fastest but it is friendly. Very able pharmacists to answer your questions. Something you might not know about it: They have an old-fashioned soda fountain inside, and specials on things like ice-cream sundaes. They also carry a selection of gift items and collectibles to browse while you are waiting.
Best in the West We use them almost daily for prescriptions, mailing packages and letters and over the counter items. They are quick to fill our needs and if they don't have what we need they get it quickly.
Not the best Pharmacy I went here to get a prescription filled a few years ago and they were very nice, good hearted people. The only complaint I have about them is the time it took to get my prescription filled. Normally I would go to Wal-Mart and get it done in have the time but this place was closer to me at the time so I went here. Other then that everything was fine.
Nice homey little pharmacy This is my second choice for a pharmacy in the Tri-Cities. Densows has decent prices and a nice little store. The people are friendly and service is good. They do have an excellent little soda fountain that will take you back to the good old days!
