I paid my bill of over $300 to Denova (then Bayless) back in March, later they claimed they never received this payment because of a computer outtage. After sending them bank statements showing the charge they told me to dispute it with my bank. I paid the amount in full again while I disputed the initial charge because they told me I would be sent to collections if I did not pay the bill in time.
