Providers and staff members are outstanding here! They really care about those who seek their services, I'm glad that the individuals I work with come here.
I attend Bayless for therapy and psychiatric help. Out of all the clinics doing intake they are by far the fastest. My therapist, Anthony, is kind and funny. He sympathizes with me with what is going on in my life, but also offers guidance based off scientific and proven areas of research, which is incredibly helpful for me. He also gives guidance that is relevant to my life, which lets me know he is actively listening to me. I just had a Medical assistant HANG UP ON ME, because I was requesting a few pills to be refilled before my appointment on Thursday. I am currently on a medication that I can NOT go without, and she said she could not do just a few because my insurance would treat it as a full month and deny the actual full prescription.
