my doctor is very organized an very informative A+ service from top to bottom I am very satisfied an will recommend Bayless Health care to all my friends.
don't go here they don't take your child's being the are there because you are there paycheck wen to see doctor jamie crumbly for a n evaluation and all she did was read his charts she was as useless as a pencil won't be going here and Jamie also said the did therapies and that is false they do counseling not the same thing people don't do there work here and never answer the phones
they seem to really care about their patients especially their new patients something that I don't encounter often when I have to go to a new provider

I am writing to express my immense disgust and disappointment with Bayless Integrated Healthcare. Please review the timeline for the past two days below: Monday, July 9th: I received my usual call from Bayless confirming my appointment for Tuesday, July 10th at 11:45 am at the Mesa location. Tuesday, July 10th: I went to my scheduled appointment which is located 20 miles one way from my home. I had been waiting 2 weeks to get my 8 year old in the s. Central location because he was having separation anxiety. I was told to bring my id and insurance card. I walk in 15 minutes early for the appointment. I sign in and they ask do I have his birth certificate. I was never told to bring it! I got him out of school 1 1/2 hours early and drive 35 minutes in traffic so they can tell me he can not be seen. I was very irate. I will not be back.
My life has made some dramatic changes this year and it wouldn't have been possible without Bayless. Thank you, Bayless, for helping me improve my life in all ways.
