Very friendly and professional service.
One the agents (Mike E) was great in helping me. But one of their scheduled service members (Kristine) was very unaware and confused in how to assist me. I was informed all she had to do was schedule me an appointment but instead She falsely promised me call backs from someone else (unsure why) when all she had to do was schedule a time for my car to come in. I value integrity and and if the situation was too hard to handle I would’ve rather had her give me to someone who could assist Or tell me she was unable to help me.
Great experience purchasing a used car at DeNooyer...each person we dealt with treated us as an important customer. Mike Erskine, our Sales Consultant, was great at communicating and made the experience very positive.
