We were out of state over the holiday weekend and our heat wasn't working. The forecast was for very frigid cold weather. Dennomee plumbing was able to provide a tech same day, kept us informed on arrival time and committed to solving the problem. Very fair and honest and shared complete diagnostic testing results and next steps. Within a few hours they were able to resolve the issue and get our heat working again.

Had mistaken a dog chew for dog poop and flushed it into my up flushing macerator basement toilet. Well, it jammed the macerator. I called denomme and within 1 hour Nick and Mark came to my house and fixed it. This was a 7pm call, 8pm arrival, and I was anxious as heck as my multiple attempts to flush just created more backflow and rising water in my toilet and tub.
