Easy to get an appointment. I requested one online the day before the heat wave(7-1-26). My HVAC stopped putting out cold air. They also fix those. It’s not listed below. Got an appointment the next day. Drew was my technician. Unbelievably professional yet friendly(I didn't feel like I was just another appointment in the day). Very Knowledgeable. Let me put this way. Excellent. Denommee is quick to respond. I recently had them out for AC issue on the same day I called! Very professional and they always take time to explain what they are doing. Have been using them for 18 years. I also like that they are local.
I used Denommee to replace my oil heating system and upgrade to a cold-climate heat pump HVAC system, and the experience was excellent. They communicated clearly at every step, did exactly what they said they would do, took care of all the paperwork, and made sure the heat pump rebate came through quickly. Your team of Ricky and Aiden were terrific in solving my water leak. Late yesterday we discovered that water was running down the wire of the dining area light fixture and pooling in the fixture itself. Ricky was able to come to my after-hours call within an hour and a half and was quickly able to discover the water source and turn it off. He suggested that I call for a repair appointment in the morning with the day crew and left a detailed report of what was needed for them to follow.
