Very frustrated in getting appointments because he has more than one office location. Seemed reluctant to assist me until my records were reviewed which I had to get and supply from Kaiser as my insurance had changed to Blue Shield. This doctor refused to fill out my disability papers saying "it was not his expertise." At this point I began to cry as I have been struggling for months already! I think I may need another primary doctor... one that I don't feel a language barrier with.
