Absolutely amazing customer service, sent an email about an out of stock product and received an email to check the website again within 30 minutes. Ordered shipped and delivered in 3 days!
I recently made a small order of some specialty items. Denny reached out via phone and e-mail for more information. There were a couple different back and forth conversations to just to be absolutely sure he was sending the correct parts. Despite the order being small, the care taken in ensuring it was right the first time was fantastic. 5 stars is not enough! Daniel has the highest level of customer service. Inquired through email on his website about a very hard to find part and recieved an email response and phone call stating they had 1. He spent the time to confirm it was the right part and take down all the information right over the phone to get it sent out. The price can not be beat ANYWHERE. Terrible customer service!!!!The axle ordered did not fit our truck. Needed to return it. Started process on our end well under the 60 day return policy time line. Printed and filled out the return from from website. Needed the RA#. After multiple phone calls and emails to Denny's they never got back to us with the RA#. So now the 60 days have paseed and we have to eat the $260.00 spent on the item. Definitely do not recommend!!!!
Got wrong driveshaft flange yoke from another company in Garland,TX (terrible customer service) that was 2.5x more expensive. Contacted Dennys through email and got almost immediate answers, many questions back and forth to get right part. Ordered part on Monday and had it Wednesday. Finally got my truck back on the road. Part fit perfectly! THANKS Denny's, I Guess Customer Service ISNT DEAD after all. Great People still do exist!
