Terrible customer service!!!!The axle ordered did not fit our truck. Needed to return it. Started process on our end well under the 60 day return policy time line. Printed and filled out the return from from website. Needed the RA#. After multiple phone calls and emails to Denny's they never got back to us with the RA#. So now the 60 days have paseed and we have to eat the $260.00 spent on the item. Definitely do not recommend!!!!
Got wrong driveshaft flange yoke from another company in Garland,TX (terrible customer service) that was 2.5x more expensive. Contacted Dennys through email and got almost immediate answers, many questions back and forth to get right part. Ordered part on Monday and had it Wednesday. Finally got my truck back on the road. Part fit perfectly! THANKS Denny's, I Guess Customer Service ISNT DEAD after all. Great People still do exist!
Dennys Driveshafts is an extremely professional and knowledgeable company. They went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met and understood the parts needed for my rare 2003 Rubicon driveshaft after several shops sent me the wrong parts. They're now my go too shop for everything driveshaft. I highly recommend them.
Great place to work with, they were able to add to my order last minute so I didn't have to pay for shipping for a single item after already ordering a bunch of stuff. Very friendly woman on the phone, was happy to help me. I'll always come here first for parts.
