Oct 2025, excellent breakfast and service, looking up! 12-24 update, sadly going down hill. Twice in a row I have had to leave without being served, first time no one would take our order, left to California pizza and had great service. 2nd time it's told it's a 25 minute wait with no one in the waiting line, and less than 50% capacity, left again for another restaurant... 😕.. Excellent prices and service. Love the Grand Slam menue Clean bathroom
On a Sunday night there are not a lot of options in Ventura to eat after 9pm. Denny's is open. Like many restaurants, it's a little understaffed.
Denny’s is always a great choice for a casual and delicious meal. The food was fresh, tasty, and served quickly. The staff was very friendly and attentive, making sure everything was just right. The atmosphere was comfortable and quiet, which made it easy to enjoy a meal and conversation. Prices are reasonable for the portions you get, and the menu has something for everyone, from breakfast to dinner. Definitely a place I’ll be coming back to!
