Bad service cold food, well done steak when asked for medium.
Instead of a seizure inducing flashing open sign to try to lure in customers; maybe just try cooking the food properly or even actually getting an order correct. Ordered for pickup. I can't remember the last time I actually had a good experience here, so shame on me for even trying again. Edit some days later: Offering Manager positions (posted yesterday) @$15.00 an hour? Tell me you don't actually want your restaurant to improve without telling me you don't want it to improve.
I’m honestly really disappointed with my experience here. The overall atmosphere among the staff felt extremely unprofessional. Instead of focusing on customers and taking orders, several staff members seemed far more concerned with gossip and drama about who was doing what. It made the environment feel uncomfortable and chaotic. None of the staff we interacted with were particularly kind, and it was very obvious they weren’t nice to each other either. Ordered online, got the chicken tender dinner with red skinned potatoes, mashed potatoes and gravy. They gave us 4 chicken nuggets, very few of the red skinned potatoes, and literally a tablespoon of mashed potatoes with no gravy. They also gave us an OPENED syrup with our French toast
