HORRIBLE SERVICE… I had a terrible experience earlier today. We went to celebrate a birthday breakfast ( you no longer get a free breakfast unless you’re signed up for the rewards) first there was that disappoint not the establishments fault let’s move on. I order a slam breakfast and pointed to the $9.99 special calling it a grand slam it’s the 2 eggs 4 meats pancakes and hash browns. We've been going to this Dennys off and on since it opened a few years ago. The food has always been great for a Dennys, but, the Service has always been poor! Today we walked out after waiting for over 15 min after we were seated and no one even acknowledged we were there. Probably won't be back for quite a while.
Let me start by saying this Denny's location is the only one in the Tucson area that I would consider eating at. For the last 5 years or so, it's been pretty consistent with GREAT service and GOOD food. BUT our last visit was not so great. My wife ordered an omelet with no tomatoes on it (my wife has a food allergie) and a side of fruit instead of hash browns and a vanilla shake.
