The food at this Denny’s was actually pretty good, and the restaurant itself seemed mostly clean, but the service completely ruined the experience. We asked multiple times for drink refills and never received them. The biggest issue was the milkshake I ordered. The milkshake that was served looked nothing like the promotional photo, and it had clearly been left sitting on the counter because it was already melted and warm when I received it. My recent visit to Denny's was a major letdown. The drinks took an unreasonably long time to arrive; I was literally sucking on ice by the time they finally came. To make matters worse, my friend never even received his milkshake. When we brought it to the attention of the staff at the front, they acted like it wasn't a big deal. Seriously? Missing items and glacial service are kind of a big deal when you're paying for a dining experience. I won't be returning anytime soon.
Just a perfect dinner, can’t complain about a thing. Even had perfect mozzarella sticks!
