Terrible experience. Firstly, I had to go in 3 different times to have my car serviced before moving to CA because they didn’t have the time or the parts to take care of me in one appointment. This was stressful to me because I was pressed for time and had a lot to get done before my move. Second, I was originally quoted approx $471 total, but wound up spending $538. The service department didn't fix what was really wrong with my car, even though there were codes indicating the problem, and they refuse to take responsibility for not fixing it. They also charged me $500 for changing the wrong part. I'm a single mom with a young child and we were far from home. Now, I have to spend even more money because they sent us on our way and ruined my transmission. They only offered a $30 refund and tried to tell me there were no codes for the transmission.
