Usually good, but not today. The service manager was yelling about not giving me my keys back until I paid a fee for something that got "ordered" and was supposed to show up any day in October but didn't arrive until December. When I was notified of its arrival in January, I had forgotten about it and I was already in a different vehicle. All I wanted in February was an oil change, but I guess I'll be getting new tires and alignment done somewhere else.
